Hey Guys, I uploaded 1 to the N folder and 3 to the S folder. I placed them within dated folders so people don't have to search for what date the appraisals where done. Hope this helps and good idea! Dustin

Hello All, just wanted to say hi and welcome to any new folks. We too are investing in Wichita but remotely. If anyone needs to partner on a deal for whatever reason (logistical, financial, etc) shoot me a message. We have a team there that makes us quite efficient. Blue skies always! 

@Kyle J. agreed that giving up is not an option. Really looking to find the folks that have successfully evicted or foreclosed for non-payment not for reasons not related to COVID. Do you have you this experience? 

@Ron S. we actually have one of each. Both not paying and not as a result of COVID. We even provided the CDC Declaration Form. They did not return it filled out. 

So my attorney tells me that he won't file for foreclosure because the Sept CDC order  (Temporary Halt in Residential Evictions To Prevent the Further Spread of COVID-19) does not provide a deadline or time limit for the residents to complete the Declaration. 

I know, I know. I can hear you already. FIRE THE ATTORNEY!  

They are now working on 3 months with out paying anything. Thoughts? I'd really like to know if anyone else has encountered this issue?
