@Account Closed    I'll direct message you with any other referrals that I have - what type of engineer are you looking for?  We have one house in Anderson currently.   We are selling it though...wanting to keep focused on the immediate Greenville area.

If your're in the Greenville area I would say - G.H. Bobotis - Bobotis Law firm and I believe Erin or one of her colleagues at Kehl Culbertson Andrighetti, LLC

@Jason Anderson I agree 1000% with @Nastasia Jenkins.   Just spend your every available moment searching and turning over every stone to find a deal.  Once you have that you can wholesale it, buy it, etc.   Don't waste your money on any fancy systems until you're much farther along.   Always happy to help you if you need some advice or $$ along the way.   You don't need a guru.   Best of luck to you...and contact me any time.

Raven, great post!  That's the way to get some attention.   Keep at it!  Unfortunately, we are in the Greenville market, but I'd be happy to help you even by phone some time if you'd like to chat.   We always love giving back and helping whenever possible.

Greenville, SC is a fantastic market.  Tough to find "great" deals because the market is doing so well, but they are definitely out there if you dig and learn the areas.   We are not a fan of Anderson and don't know the Clemson or Charleston markets.  We are focused in the Greenville area and love it.  Always looking for more deals - we do a lot of flips and still buying as many rentals as possible.  Call or email any time if you want more info.  Best of luck to you!!

As mentioned above...airports can be a costly venture and they can be quite complicated due to FAA rules - BUT LOTS OF FUN :)   There is a ton of information out there though to help you.   AOPA.org is great.  Also, the TRB / ACRP (Airport Cooperative Research Program) has fantastic publications to assist people with airport related matters.  I was on the panel for this publication which can give you some great insights - https://www.nap.edu/catalog/24863/generating-revenue-from-commercial-development-on-or-adjacent-to-airports   Also, see reports 114 (Thru the fence ops) and report 47 (Leasing airport property) available on the same site.  Our group does a lot of airport biz - just finishing the Terminal redevelopment at Scottsdale Airport which was a lot of fun...info on the Scottsdale website.   Any questions, any time...just give me a call or email.  Best of luck to you!
