@Kweku Ako-adjei I know @Joshua Dorkin loves bandit signs and probably knows the Snohomish County laws well!  LOL!

All jokes aside, you need to check with the individual cities you want to place the signs in.  While you're at city hall talking to code enforcement, you can ask if there are any properties that are burdened with lots of code enforcement violations.  Get the addresses and mail to them or knock on their door and make a deal!!

@Keith Ellis

You should look for ANY DEAL you can find me.  I'm a cash buyer (bring me your deals and add me to your buyer's list) and can close fast.  Even if you can't get it under contract, bring me the lead.  If I can close on it, I'll pay you handsomely!  ANY area!

BRING ME YOUR DEALS!!!!!

Hello all!  I'm seeking a good rental management company in Everett, WA for a duplex.

Personal experience with your reference would be preferred, but I'll take a second party reference as well.

Hope Y'all had a great 4th!

Thanks!

The last meetup was a great success!!!  Thanks for doing another one, @Troy Fisher!!

Apparently Troy is too nice to say anything so I will....please order food and drinks to help him reach the minimum.  After the last meetup, I watched him pay money for use of the room because we didn't make the minimum.  Please note, this is fully funded by Troy and no charge to attend!

 BRING YOUR APPETITES AND THIRST FOR A GREAT NETWORKING EXPERIENCE!!!
