Hello,

I'm looking for a 30 year fixed loan for a bulk purchase in GA. All units are occupied, a total of 15 properties. If anyone can tell me of a good credit union or bank in GA; I would greatly appreciate. Possibly even an institution outside of Georgia. Also, I am located in Atlanta. The properties are in Columbus. This is for a buy and hold transaction.

Thank you in advance,

Doris

Thank you so much everyone!

@Nick Schoch property is 7 units. A BURRR project and I originally received the hard money loan from Lima. Also located in Atlanta.

Also, @Brian Metz do you have a contact for Wells Fargo? I have contacted them before and I was transferred quite a few times just to be told that the property had to be in my personal name. But it sounds like somethings have changed.

Post: Starting an LLC where you live or where you invest?

Hello All,

I currently live Georgia, but I invest in Ohio as well as Georgia and I would like to set up an LLC for my future investments. My question is since I live in Georgia should I set up my LLC to purchase a property in Ohio in Georgia? Or should I set up an Ohio LLC for my future Ohio purchases? Which is better and why?

Also, I have a business partner in Ohio, so he would act as the registered agent in Ohio.

Thank you in advance.
