Looking a a loan for a bulk purchase located in GA

Hello,

I'm looking for a 30 year fixed loan for a bulk purchase in GA. All units are occupied, a total of 15 properties. If anyone can tell me of a good credit union or bank in GA; I would greatly appreciate. Possibly even an institution outside of Georgia. Also, I am located in Atlanta. The properties are in Columbus. This is for a buy and hold transaction.
