certificate of rental suitability is free. All the others seem right except fire alarm cert. I dont know about that one.

@Birgit Williams I go on the phila.gov site everyday and pull them. There in Municipal Court. I contact each and every landlord and tenant everyday. Good luck! I don't mind the competition it keeps me sharp!
