How can I rent out my backyard, center city Philadelphia

Anyone have ideas on how I can rent my backyard space out in center city Philadelphia?  I'm willing to build something on the property, buy items that people can rent from me, really just  any ideas are welcome that you can come up with!  I don't really want to rent it for parties or events though.
