Check to see if there any tax overage money due. from the tax sale due the previous iwner

You may want to look into forming A Nevada corporation as they will work with forieng investors

With regards to finding reo, i started by searching for storage lenders and google there name coma , properties for sale and reo and found several reo sites.

Hello Isaac

I believe the tax roll is the best way to find the owners. Next you could search for REO site for lender who lend on said type properties as they are owners as well.

I would stay with the tax rolls.

You may want consider that down the line you may want a realtor on your team for when you sell. Perhaps a realtors can help you with comp's. You can also get close comps' from some site from source like zillow, property shark, etc. type of companies to mention a couple. Most feel there estimated value are on a high side, but with nothing other to help estimte value you don't have muck else. There are companies out there that will do the estimates for you for a small fee referred to  Broker Pricing Opinton (BPO) firms.

Thank you for the comment. Seems like even with mold your parents did well. I suspect you family did not have a property management company, who could have made sure the property mold could have been caught early on.

Has anyone every deal with Renville County (MN) assessor office regarding tax liens or tax deeds?

Been waiting on there response to my calls and emails.

I will also use a title company. Most concerns for me are the back log and county offices
