I'm a contractor and use it often. I have a Rigid table saw. I like it for it's portability, it's heavy duty and it's accurate. No problems in over ten years of heavy use.

The question is not can you do it but will the village/ town allow it. Foundations and rough framing must be inspected. In most cases a license would be required. This is not something a newbie should try and tackle..

Do my own pest control.com has a product called Brigand, a soft bait that they will eat. Glue traps work well. Using several methods(including allowing cats) simultaneously will work best.

Also, before using single hung windows, make sure you have the proper egress to meet village codes. You only want to do this once. There are also companies that make a wood insert or wood sash that come with jamb liners.

Also , sometimes the buyer is looking for a credit instead of the items being fixed. Often it's several dollars and not worth your time.

Do not use Cabinet Mania in Munster, Indiana. I have been using Aline International. All the features at a great price. They will also build the cabinets for approximately $12 each. They are a all wood cabinet.

Home Depot will match the Menards 11% discount but sometimes they make it difficult to find the coupons online. I use both Menards and Home Depot.

Sorry but I don't know how to use the@ function. To Mr Harrell: Illegal drug activity draws bad characters who don't give a damn about other people. These are the punks in the city of Chicago that shoot 8 year olds sitting on their front porch. You will not be successful as a landlord unless you weed these people out. (No pun intended) I not talking about recreational use if drugs, I'm talking about distribution. To the gentleman that asked what to do, read your lease, I'm sure it says something about using the premises for illegal purposes. Get them out.
