Replacing windows in rental
I'm going to be buying my second property and it looks like new windows are in order right off the bat.
It's a smaller one story SFH and has just six windows, one being a larger living room one.
I think the single hung style are the way to go, but I'm wondering if there's a go-to brand and/or style that some of you use regularly on homes.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
