Hello,

There is an abandon property in a neighborhood close to mine that Id like to wholesale the problem is I’m struggling contacting the owner. I’ve been eyeballing the house for a year and I’ve identified who owns the property but can’t find a number to contact him. The house is empty and doesn’t look like it’s currently occupied.

Does anyone know of other ways to contact the owner besides mailing information out to an empty house?

Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance

I’ll be placing my bandit signs out for wholesale but I’m leaving out of state for two weeks due to work. Any suggestions on how I can still be productive in wholesale while not in the city I’m setting my business up in?

I’m in the California market and real estate is pretty high here. Would you suggest driving for dollars or buying a list like an absentee list and working from there?

Hello,

I did not try the bandit signs. I linked up with someone for a while and used a 90 day default list. Which was not too helpful. We are no longer working together and I decided to buy “if you can’t wholesale after this I got nothing for you” which has been helpful in addition to the experience I had working with a partner.
