Help finding an owner

Hello,

There is an abandon property in a neighborhood close to mine that Id like to wholesale the problem is I’m struggling contacting the owner. I’ve been eyeballing the house for a year and I’ve identified who owns the property but can’t find a number to contact him. The house is empty and doesn’t look like it’s currently occupied.

Does anyone know of other ways to contact the owner besides mailing information out to an empty house?

Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance
