Moving to Nashville. Looking to get into rehabbing etc.

Hey Bigger Pockets Nashville,

I am going to be moving to Nashville around the end of next month. I will be there mostly to be around the music scene, I'm an audio guy by training.
Anyway, one of my goals for the past couple of years that I stopped pursuing when I started planning on the move was the art of rehabbing houses.

Today I had a bit of a brainwave. Instead of diving into the world of freelance audio and being stuck working gig jobs or something for the next several months, or years, it would be wiser to link up with people who are currently building or rehabbing.

I've never done a ton of house construction my own self. But I do have years of experience building log furniture out here in Montana. This means I'm handy with drills, chop saws, table saws, reading plans, etc.

I am just wondering if there are any builders here in the Nashville BP forum that might be interested in hiring a handy guy who would end up being an asset to you pretty quickly.
