For just my CRM I use pipedrive, we have automated touch systems now that we use for better conversion for our online campains. If you go to my fb site, fb.com/shaight I talk about the 7 touch system that we use.

My friend owns security companys in Las Vegas, ADT is known by most people great brand, just do some negotiating on the monthly fee and the equipment should be free, very competitive market.
