Great flip potential. House was never finished. House has 6300 sq ft with 5b 5b, on big lot. Numbers are not on flyer as we estimate 200k to plus finish house. Price drop from 150k to 139k.

Act fast as it has been alot of interest just need the right fit.

Well I understand the confussion. What I did is set up a land trust at FATCO and had the trust buy all property. Still had LLC created in delaware. What I suggest is an attorney that knows and understands real estate and does both would be ideal.

just seeing if anyone has used www.foreclosure.com. If so what was your experience finding single family or multi units,I know they charge is it worthwhile?

Hank, seems like everybody that has a re licence is worried about loosing it. Sounds like you are heading more on the investing side of things, how has your real estate sales been? I always act as a principle made more money that way with less worries.

Not sure,been in real estate investing fo 35 plus years always worked as a principle so never learned how to sell someone elses property. Good luck hope you pass.
