@Chris K. A little details about my situation. 

We live in Germany, but go to the USA once a year to visit. My wife has 2 rental units and I have one rental unit, each rental unit is in their own LLC. We have some retirement accounts. We also have a house in Germany, but I do not think we can put that house in a trust.

 My current lawyer has been a little hard to reach out. could you please let me know about how much is the cost?

We want to know the best TRUST option, We have 3 rental units in North Carolina and each one of the units is on their own LLC. Our kids are really young, we would like to put the LLCs in a trust to avoid probate, what do you guys recommend?

hello, i live in Hamburg Germany. I have a unit in Greenville NC, under an LLC completely paid off. I want to get a home equity line of credit to fund buying foreclosure home. My Credit Union said they cannot help because house is under an LLC. I need to go with commercial banking. a couple of questions

-My question is who do you guys recommend i use?

-can i buy a foreclosure under an LLC? for just a flip, would that make sense

has anybody had experience using abstract of judgement in north carolina. tenants left after 1 year lease, she always paid on time but has left home with close to $5000 in repairs.

Tenant let dog live in garage for a year.now smell won't come out of garage floor. We tried vinager with baking soda twice. Does anybody else have recommendations? Thanks
