I live in Long Island but don't invest here. You can find deals by marketing, MLS, REIA or a good realtor. Word of mouth seems to be the best way if you make good contacts. Lookup LIREIA...they have meetings every month. It's a good group.

I set mine up with IRA Services Trust and so far I have no complaints. They have been responsive and have done a good job communicating every step of the way.

I'm sold, I keep hearing about this book in the podcast and on other threads. I'm heading to Amazon to buy it. Thanks for the review.
