I don't think janice kemmer is still doing property management.  She is no longer with Out of the Box realty.

Washington state.  6% but 1% of draw anount is minimum payment.

@Lana Lee And remember, not all helocs are the same. Look at how they structure payments. Most are interest only, but I just got a heloc that requires 1% minimum payment. If I draw 50k my monthly payment will be $500. 95k, $950. That sucks for holding costs. Lesson learned for me.

that's what i am going to do danny, purchase individual, then give it to my lawyer to transfer into llc.  not sure if that's the smartest, but i will figure it out as i go.

I see no mention of a Series LLC. Maybe GA does not recognize the Series LLC entity?
