Property Manager needed in Montgomery Alabama

I'm looking for a property manager in the Montgomery, Alabama area.  They must have experience with Section 8 as well as have multiple references.  I will be looking at properties in that area very soon and I need management in place prior to purchase.

I use BMB property management.  They are the one stop shop since they have BMB Prop Mgt, Harris and Atkins Realty and run a maintenance crew.  Granted I have never used anyone else but I know their rates are very reasonable and I cant imagine a better working relationship.  I have nothing but great things to say about these folks.

I don't know about section 8 but they do manage rentals in lower income areas so definitely possible. Let me know and I can put you in touch.
