i have my first virtual wholesale deal going on and need a contract thats applicable to ohio laws! I currently live in arizona but i dont think that would be a problem. I need to get this guy under contract asap so i can put it on the market. I would print it out sign it then next day mail it to the owner. If anyone can help that would be awesome!

Im in search of an attorney that lives in Bohol, Phillipines that can help me and my grandparents in selling a waterfall and lands. The waterfall is called Mag-Aso. There is a big problem. The government decided to set up a Gate for tourist to pay a toll without informing us. We have the deed and title to prove its our land and we would like someone to help us get this straightened out. I have a very beautiful mobile for 55 plus in the Scottsdale Arizona area. We finally found a buyer that would like to purchase it as is. I need a nice agreement form that states everything from paying the monthly HOA to giving a set move in date. If anyone can direct me to that form I would be so happy! Thanks!
