Me and my partner are thinking of purchasing a property in Geneva, OH. It has a great 15% plus cap rate. 4 plex that has great bones and its fully occupied. Is this a great area to invest in? its we either purchase it or wholesale it still no sure yet. Anyone in that area? Thanks
