@Justin Kerstetter if you plan on doing a short term i would do a rent tonown and have them put a down payment to secure it. So if they dont pay there rent on time the will be evicted. you can aslo draw a three month eviction notice those are still in effect. We are buying a flip and the seller posted a 90day eviction notice with a lawyer and served them. Im here in Redding.

I have a 6.8 Acre property I am looking for a partner with in Sonoma, CA. The property is located off Napa Rd. it has 3 houses on it and a few small cabins. Im thinking of taking down the cabins and creating some houses. What would you do?
