Need a Mobile Home Buyer/Seller Agreement for 55+ HOA.

Hey there! This is my first of many post that I will be making here on BP. So here it goes!

I have a very beautiful mobile for 55 plus in the Scottsdale Arizona area. We finally found a buyer that would like to purchase it as is. I need a nice agreement form that states everything from paying the monthly HOA to giving a set move in date. If anyone can direct me to that form I would be so happy! Thanks!
