Hello Everyone! I Went to Shasta high school class of 2005 and I am a wholesaler/investor. I am very interested Wholesaling in Redding, CA but would like to know if there are active investors looking for good fix and flip deals at 25-30% ROI. I will be structuring my Own Marketing and will be providing great deals for INVESTORS. So my question is to you investors, have you ever worked with wholesalers in your area? What type of investments would you be looking to work with? SFR's/Multi Units?
