2016/12/09: This post is for those investors in the Fairfield Bay-Clinton, AR area north of Conway/LIT (65/40) and east of FortSmith, AR (49/40). I'm trying to find investor(s ) in that area looking to buy as-is (handy-man) SFR.

If you know someone who might know someone, please reach out to me via BP. Local Realitor’s so far only want to talk if I have turnkey or volume deals; and (BP search Last week’s post shows groups south and east of Conway but no regular group due north of Little Rock/Conway.)
