Right now I am a wholesaler/flipper and I heard from a few other real estate professionals to focus on certain markets not just cities. This post is asking, what is the process of finding a good market and what characteristics make a good market?

In the timeline of doing a wholesale deal when do you start the process of doing due diligence. After I get off the phone with the seller or before? Or should I get a appointment Scheduled then do that so I have a offer ready at the appointment. I have been getting leads but I feel that this confusion slows me down.
