@Jonathan Klemm so direct mail is actually a good strategy. How long does it take to get a response?

My portfolio as of now consists of wholesaling properties around the Chicago Area I am looking into flipping and owning properties as my goal for the future. I also know that doing any of these you will want to get the property at wholesale prices what is the best way to find properties at wholesale price. (Without Zillow)

I was in real estate heavy for about a month ago. I recently took a break and analyzed what I was doing because I had a home under contract but couldn’t sell it. So in this post I have two questions.

1) Did DealMachine replace skiptracing all together? Or should I still use both

2) what would be the best way to find investors that would want to buy a wholesale deal. (Facebook groups only had wholesalers in them)

@Deonte Palmer I am looking for motivated sellers and I specifically need help with finding a way to connect with absentee owners I heard real estate against are a good way to fund owners. Is that true?

I’ve done deals but I just wanted opinions what’s the best way to market to buyers. What is the best way to market to sellers. Just starting conversation
