Wow! 350? And yeah i was really young of course and didn't know much about what was going on in 08 with the meltdown but as i got older and understood more about it I've been hearing success stories of how investors had to overcome it. That's incredible

@Cornel Smith that's the same thing I've been doing. A lot of reading, learning the words that are used by investors, doing deals and etc

I found out that I wanted to do real estate investing around like the 9 or 10th grade but never started really getting myself prepared. Now, at 21 I can say that I am more focused than ever and ready to get things going. How was it for those of you that started around my current age?

@Gareth Jackson thank you and that's so true, I wanted see how it's done from someone else before jumping into myself but if i have to just learn as i go, I'm all for it.

What kind of areas should I drop post cards off to?
