I am a Newbie Wholesaler

Hi my name is Demeko (as you can see lol) I am a Newbie in the Atlanta area looking to gain more knowledge and learn from anyone with knowledge and experience in the Real Estate Investing business. I've had dreams of being a successful Real Estate Investor since high school just never knew how to start or who to call on for help. I want to get a better understanding of anything from wholesaling, rental properties, fix & flip and etc. I have goals of starting out as a wholesaler and then holding multifamily properties down the road. I would like to know as much as possible that can take me to the next level.
