Can anyone inform me on any good real estate schools in the Atlanta area?

@John Thedford i don't have any experience and that's why I'm on BP asking any questions that i have before getting into the business. I never wanted to jump into something not knowing what I'm doing knowing it can hurt me and my business and/or hurt someone else. And that's correct, gaining knowledge about real estate is what I'm after. That's why I'm really engaging in conversation with you guys that have experience in the business. I'm all ears when it comes to learning, i gain a lot just by not having to ask any questions that i have.

Has anyone ever taken outa loan just to get their real estate investing business off of the ground? I'm curious about this  and what to see how it worked it for you guys

How do you get a home under contract? Where/ who do you go to?
