How was it for those of you guys that started young?
I found out that I wanted to do real estate investing around like the 9 or 10th grade but never started really getting myself prepared. Now, at 21 I can say that I am more focused than ever and ready to get things going. How was it for those of you that started around my current age?

@Demeko Morgan I am 22, I actively started educating myself about a year ago and decided that I knew enough to take action about 2 months ago. I am now under contract for my first buy and hold rental and I feel confident that what I learned was enough to make the right decision. Best of luck to you and don;t be afraid to take ACTION.
