No, i haven't done that yet. Do you just type in the MLS for the state that your in on google or is there a certain type of software that is used that you have to purchase and install?

Should targeting vacant homes that are For Sale By Owner the better route to go if you're a wholesaler?

Hi my name is Demeko (as you can see lol) I am a Newbie in the Atlanta area looking to gain more knowledge and learn from anyone with knowledge and experience in the Real Estate Investing business. I've had dreams of being a successful Real Estate Investor since high school just never knew how to start or who to call on for help. I want to get a better understanding of anything from wholesaling, rental properties, fix & flip and etc. I have goals of starting out as a wholesaler and then holding multifamily properties down the road. I would like to know as much as possible that can take me to the next level.
