Indeed. With all the free information out here, you can make it on your own with that info alone.

Some people just want you to hold their hand, and have deep pockets to do so. In your case you were asking me a question. Gary that my content is with out sales pitch. But because you charge for your time, that does not make a you a guru. It makes you smart and realizing the value of your time.

Good day.
Dee

A Pre Nuptual Agreement will protect you before you get into the marriage and after. It all depends on how your attorney words the agreement just like a real estate contract. Not all agreements are the same.

See one thing that I have learned in life, you cant give your spouse (man or woman) all of your power. Yes, you are head over heals in love right now, but what about later. One thing that is true about humans, we are unstable as heck. At least some of us are. Why give away all of your hard earned blood sweat and tears to someone that wants to burn you? But i guess it just takes experience to see.

Another thing, make sure all of your assets and businesses are in trust. Make sure all your trust are in the name of a trustee that your spouse cant track. Make sure you trust your trustee.

If your spouse knows about all of your business ventures then that is so your fault. There is no reason for you to go reporting all of your business ventures to your spouse unless he or she is part of these business ventures. In most cases they are not, but like to see the money coming in. Not saying that you should be dishonest in the relationship, but dang bro, if she is not a business oriented person....She is planning the come up. She will always know that if she wants to leave tomorrow, your hard work will be hers, even if she did not help you out one bit with these ventures.

I would also look into Swiss accounts and over seas investments. Also, buy some gold bars and take them to Germany and keep them locked away.

p.s. Nothing against woman in this post. I have seen the same thing happen to women in this business taken advantage of from men looking for a come up.

Gary I see you are from Jersey. I might be up there in about 3-4 weeks. I am doing a mentor session with a student of mine that lives there. I know the market is hot there. High profit margins.

@Gary. Thanks man. I like to be me. I like to think that my style of presenting informative content is far different to others. I actually just had a litter of 10 blue pups. They are selling like hot cakes. I love pitbulls bro. I figured that I put one of my dogs in the video.

That was actually one of my very first videos. And about the jacket... I still laugh when I see that video. Thanks for the props bro. I see you still making moves.

Make sure the mortgage is super low. So low that even if you get the home for what is owed on it, you will still make a decent profit when you sell it to your buyer. Its been done before. IF to much is owed, forget about it my friend, more deals out there to mess with.

Sell it. Sometimes you have to take a hit. I know I have in the past. Don't let it dig a hole into your investment portfolio stash.

Uhhh isn't that called wholesaling. lol. Its all up to the amount of risk you want to take. Buying a property to flip, you are going to have to put cash into it, you are lucky that 20k is all your putting into it.

I would say get a deal or 2 under your belt. Use that money to get your llc started as well as more marketing materials.
