Update ,  Within  a week after putting the cameras around the house. There was some gun shots in the Neighborhood. The Neighborhood decided to get in touch with the out of town homeowner. The owner call the police that eventually came to the house and got ride of the Folks.  Praise God!  The house eventually Got Sold .

I am in a process of doing Owner Financing in the state of Alabama. Was wondering whether i can get any information about Residential Loan Originator for all the states in the Country especial for the state of Alabama. Or the best way to do a Loan Origination for Seller Financing.

@Tony Gunter My intention when i got the house was to do a Rent To Own. The numbers was good  Listed it and people that called me told  me about the house told me the next door neighbor  have people go in and out and they sell drugs in the house.

Please, I need an advise, What do you do after you purchase a property ,  you realized the  Next door neighbor is infested the people who sell drugs.

I came across a seller that want to do an owner financing I will do the rehab and seller get paid when house is sold. Please what forms do i need and do I need to do a closing for this deal?
