Neighborhood infested with Drugs

Please, I need an advise, What do you do after you purchase a property ,  you realized the  Next door neighbor is infested the people who sell drugs.

Don't raise a stink about in, at least not now. Follow through with your plans. Someone will need adorable housing and will jump at the chance to have you finance it for them. Make your property safe, secure, well lit outside. Cut back all the bushes. Trim the trees way up. Other than that, carry on. I have one like this too, and it doesn't worry me. I talk to "those" neighbors too. This is a reality in C and lower class neighborhoods.
