I am in a process of doing Owner Financing in the state of Alabama. Was wondering whether i can get any information about Residential Loan Originator for all the states in the Country especial for the state of Alabama. Or the best way to do a Loan Origination for Seller Financing.

    Thanks @Ron Orr we do not know the effect if we decide to sell Note.
