@Samuel Glantz - just did a basic MLS search and there are 53 four plex units that active in the Phoenix market. Not saying I would live in all of them :) But they are out there. Would love to help you find what you want.

@Travis Shelton    Are you welcoming other Realtors?  I would love to learn more to be able to help my investor buyers.  I'm in North Central Phoenix so would love to network if possible.

@Carson Wilcox. I love how well you speak about your realtor. Many of us want to be part of the team. We aren’t just here for a buck. A great realtor will be a huge asset. I hope to find a great flipper to have a cohesive business relationship with. Fun to follow your path here. Thanks for sharing!

That is very odd for sure. I am not sure there’s really anything that you’re going to be able to do. This is where the nurse in me takes over the realtor and informs you that sometimes people are just crazy and there’s nothing you can do about it.    There’s probably something in his past that makes him not want to have anything to do with that house. Or he has some mental instability that is causing him to forget that he actually owned it. I suggest you move on.

@Melanie Siegel. If listed in the MLS it should give you details on expenses and RTV. Definitely not the same as a single family. There are really good online calculators that I usually run the numbers with. The more units the potential but the more risk too. Best of luck.

@Jesse Anguiano. Is he the one on the tax records? Title history? Very odd.

@Dylan Mathias. Ha please let me know how that goes - wanting to update and secure your prenup. That would accelerate your divorce for sure! I’ve been there - no prenup cause neither of us had anything at 22. 24 yrs later I had to give him half of all I acquired - I was greatful I didn’t have to pay maintenance. No regrets though. Protect yourself but remember there is more to life then money. I have amazing kids from that and wouldn’t change a thing.

@Breyan Lallas. Before moving here I visited often And I ended up havIng to spend most weeks in a hotel because the Airbnb was always booked. This is a great rental market too.
