He could have stolen it cant blame anyone without proof. Let  maintenance guys know about this so it does repeat itself then its an issue.  It so easy to lie both ways its a loss. pay it. next time make sure  they are dault with carefully they can spread the word Giving other ideas.

Ohh they can have  certified mail if they sending it . DO NOT PLAY NICE.

Regardless it is late your check should be at hand on time and on the hour stated on your lease. For instance July 1st,  2017 to July 5, 2017  by 1:00 pm. Any time its late after July 5, 2017 after 1pm its  a 50.00 fee by July 15 an eviction process will begin. Any deposit will not return.  Next time please open an account where payment can be received.

Hello and thankyou for reading this. I just brought my first flip and I paid 20,000. The ARV is 70,000 I am adding a legal basement which the total 10, 000 for the repair which will bump up the ARV. I currently have tenant renting one room for 500.00. In the end I planning on buying a triplex with a hard money or soft money and private lender? How long do I wait ? I should one fix or rehabbed the triplex?

I am a substitute teacher I pay my own taxes early or at end of the year. I choose to use every paychecks and buy houses and live low key life. With fewer bills using solar energy. I use regular transportation. I also religiously go to many food at pantries to pick organic food. I have a renter that lives below me. I am working on home number three . I going to quite my day job to get a food truck which make 15,000 to 20,000 a month. I had rented a food truck in the pass it work well. I use to be a shame to say this to anyone but it's the only way I could build my portfolio. In addition I share a cell phone with my husband. Our daughter is also home school. My family and friends have no idea. I don't plan telling them.
