Hello and thankyou for reading this. I just brought my first flip and I paid 20,000. The ARV is 70,000 I am adding a legal basement which the total 10, 000 for the repair which will bump up the ARV. I currently have tenant renting one room for 500.00. In the end I planning on buying a triplex with a hard money or soft money and private lender? How long do I wait ? I should one fix or rehabbed the triplex?
