@Theresa Harris yes I must agree I doing that with my daughter know. She understands how to use credit cards and the doors she can unlock is unlimited.

@Trevis Kelley I am no expert but I would work on my credit. Credit is king it opens doors. Maybe with good credit you can open doors or look into. FHA loan or try learning to wholesale long distance.

@Andres S Menendez Born in New York and living in Philadelphia I notice people are maximizing there investment to bring more cash flow. In Philadelphia people are making single family home become triplex and the garage in to a beautiful studio space. I planing to make my SFH in a triplex with the help of a lender. I been done on my block .

@Derrick Alexis I been there the advice given to you is correct. I purchased a property in south west Philadelphia that was sold for 3,000 back takes was 17,000 so I brought it with cash and made monthly payments of 300 my tenants are paying it of . Others do a owner occupied agreement . What the ARV ?
