Hello @Tiffany Marsh. As they said above, leads are the key and from my experience selling yourself rather than the service is what's most important. You have to be consistent. I didn't get my first one until after almost a year but that's all you need is one! I'd definitely like to connect if you have a free moment.

@Joshua S. so true! The questions were oddly worded and only a few seemed similar to the test prep book and online practice tests. I'm feeling confident this time though so hopefully I'll have my license in a couple of weeks.

Hi @Joshua S. I appreciate the breakdown. I'm in the process of getting my license as a tool for my investing career as well as to make some extra money on the side. I took the exam once....failed the national but passed the state so I will be coming off of that $60 again. I have a pretty good grasp on the material now as I've taken the time to study each day. What did you use to prepare for the exam or did you just use the real estate express?
