I love Realeflow. In my opinion it's worth it for the lead generation and owner info alone. It's a great way to also stay organized and has tools for getting estimates although I haven't tapped into that much yet.

I've seen and read a bunch of great things about both.  I just wanted to get a users perspective on it. Is it worth the monthly fee? What do you like most/least about it?
