Disclosures, Liability, Fiduciary obligation to client and invaluable service. Agents are a key component to your team. We do help you so you can do what you do best.

I am an advocate for my investor clients. I find off market deals, run comps from the MLS and title, and thoroughly analyze the property and tell them why it is a good or bad deal. Not using third party outdated and wrong information from Trulia, Zillow or Redfin. They have complete control over their business. I add value to the team.

As a property owner you want the highest and best possible price. An agent will market your property in ways you cannot.  Follow up with prospects and keep them interested in and convince them why the property is worth more than the others on the market. Not just a body at an Open House. But working with you from the initial start of the sale of the property to the end.

When you are in contract the real meat of the work begins and we are there every step of the way until COE.  Holding your hand, your lenders, your buyers, your title companies, your inspectors, transaction coordinators and any sub contracts. Ensuring initial deposits are made and contingencies are removed and everyone is proceeding to close.

We protect you against any lawsuits or liabilities that may arise in the course of a transaction.  Just like a great accountant actually says you money and protects you.

My advice.  Buy anything you can in San Francisco because the value will always go up.  We added 10,000 people each year to our population for at least the last four years.  We are low on inventory because we did not build for 5-6 years.  When Benioff originally wanted to put the Salesforce campus in Mission Bay.  That started all of the tech companies to relocate here. And we here started to become the hub for technology and none of that is going any where.  Just look what technology has created over the last 5 years.  There is unprecidented growth planned for the city including The Salesforce tower, 181 Frmont, Transbay terminal and 5M projects all of these creating tons of jobs and housing.  Everyone wants to be here, everyone wants to vacation here, everyone wants to invest here.

Please let me know how I can be of service.

Hammad,

If you would like I can put you in touch with an agent who is flipping in Sacramento.

She has 24 projects going on.  She would be a good contact.

Let me know,

Hi Steven and welcome.

You are in the right place. Learn as much as you can on the site, connect with others who are doing what your intentions are. Take them to coffee and ask how they got started. Ask them if they know of anyone they can put you in touch with that would be able to help you. Attend meet ups, go to REI meetings, connect with others who are and soon you will be also.
