Hi Everyone,

    I was inspired by Jonathan Segal an Architect and developer in San Diego who gave a talk in San Francisco a couple years ago. I own a condo in San Francisco that has built up a lot of equity and I'm looking at using that to invest in more real estate. I'm loving the bigger pockets podcast and looking to learn as much as I can.
