Real Estate Agent to work with out of state investor

I have a property in Contra Costa County and am looking for a realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area that specializes in the East Bay.  I am out of state and not able to get out there very often, perhaps once every 2 months.  I need to sell this property soon and there is some minor renovations that need to be done so I need some help coordinating with contractors and a handyman.  

Most importantly I need an aggressive agent that moves quickly and will make sure the home is ready for sale and will diligently follow up with any prospects.
