Does anyone know of a central website that provides information on corporate developments? I know you can check county records, but if you have a couple of locations you’re interested in, it would obviously be much easier if there was a central source.

@J Scott Just finished your book on estimating rehab costs. This all makes much more sense to me! Do you happen to have those SOW tables in a shareable format?

@Nadine Delille strongly agree with @Eric Jacobs. You need to find a strategy that interests you and stick with it. I don’t know you personally, but it sounds like you are a lot like many new investors when they enter, they see all these shiny strategies and bounce from one to another anytime the previous one didn’t pan out as easily as the gurus swore it would be. A lack of funds is not a limitation but should be an opportunity to find new ways to make/save money as many previous posters suggest. We live in a society that you can earn money anyway you can think (driving a car, delivering food, charging a scooter overnight). Your only limitation is what you tell yourself. Go get it!

@Hugo Seijas I can’t speak for specific firms especially in Florida, but in my firm, people “hang” their license and I’ve never seen 80% of them in the office.

@Olivia DeMarco you are definitely going to want to see if the condo board allows for STR. The board can levy some hefty fines against you if you operate without it being approved for STR.

@Stephen E. If I remember correctly, you must have your license and work “on” real estate for 700 hours per year

Hey all When you are doing research for an investor on a property, have you successfully relied on RPR’s rvm/avm? Or did you go ahead and pull your own comps to come up with an arv?
