Is my landlord required to fix this

Nathan Brennan
Posted

Hello,

Recently, there was water dripping through my ceiling and we thought it was a broker pipe. It turned out to be a problem with the AC that cause the leak, but the repair man the landlord sent made a huge hole in my ceiling and my landlord is refusing to fix it saying that it is my responsibility.

Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

Nate

@Nathan Brennan landlord should definitely repair. Would have a valid agrument that the property is not safe and habitable.
