Anyone got any experience with Florida or Ohio? Would you mind sharing your experience?

Or anywhere else that’s hot right now for a $200k flip?

@Drew Sygit so far only Michigan, in areas outside of Detroit.

I’ve heard Florida and Ohio might be worthwhile looking at, what do you think?

Thanks Greg, can someone else jump in and buy it from the seller even if I have it under contract?

good advice, I can’t get to meet ups or get boots on the ground as I live in Australia. Hence why I reached out.

Hi Frederick,

if you don’t mind me asking what are you thinking of doing with the cash and how much do you need?

Hi all,

I have my first potential deal that I'd like to ask advice on for a flip and I'm not sure what the etiquette is. I'd like to know things such as what the area is like, realistic ARV, comps etc.

Do I give you an address or just ask about the area?

Is it not advisable to give the address in case someone else jumps on it?

Do I wait until it's under contract then give out the address?

thanks

Dave
