Etiquette when asking for advice on a possible deal ???

Hi all,

I have my first potential deal that I'd like to ask advice on for a flip and I'm not sure what the etiquette is. I'd like to know things such as what the area is like, realistic ARV, comps etc.

Do I give you an address or just ask about the area?

Is it not advisable to give the address in case someone else jumps on it?

Do I wait until it's under contract then give out the address?

thanks

Dave
