Hello everyone! My name is Dave, and I am completely new to the BP scene. I got turned on to the podcast from a colleague (I am in the military) and here I am! 1st, I am new to BP and I must say, wow what a wealth of information all you provide. So thanks first and foremost!

2nd, I currently own three homes in Southern California and am looking to sell one and move on to purchasing a multiplex. My main question is, what should I expect to be wildly differently purchasing the multiplex vice my single family homes? Pitfalls, lessons learned, "I gotchas"? Thank you in advance and looking forward to interacting with all of you.
